Introduction
Inheritance is a matter which affects most of our lives. It is crucial for Muslims to understand how the division of estates takes place, and the entitlement of the heirs. Not only is it important to understand the rights of the heirs, it is also vital to be aware of the rights of the person leaving the estate in terms of bequests.
Who is the Course Suitable for?
The Master Class in Islamic Inheritance Law has been designed to cater for learners who range from intermediate to advanced level, although some learners with a basic understanding of Islam may also benefit from this course.
Aims and Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is for learners to advance their understanding of inheritance law in Islam. The course is designed to challenge students in a relaxed and comfortable environment. By the end of the course, you will become able to work out basic rules of inheritance.
Course Timetable
The course will run during term time evenings; your instructor will let you know when the course holidays are. The course will begin on Sat 19th January 2019. Please register now.
